The Wilson Health Clinic at Sidney City Schools provides preferred access for school employees, students, and their families, and is also open to the public for primary care services. A full range of age-appropriate health care services is offered in the clinic.
Opening in March of 2020, just before the COVID-19 pandemic shutdown, Michael “Mick” Beyer, M.D., of the Wilson Health Medical Group, transitioned his practice to become the physician for the clinic. Dr. Beyer continues to see his patients and is accepting new patients.
The clinic’s strategic location on campus—in close proximity to one primary school, and the middle and high schools—offers greater healthcare access to about 75 percent of the district’s student population.
The clinic, located in the lower level of the Board of Education building separate from the main offices, offers ample parking, an easy entrance, and an elevator. Clinic staff will be able to assist families with insurance information.
Sidney City Schools also works in partnership with the Wilson Health Clinic at Sidney City Schools to offer special events like athletic physicals.
In addition to Wilson Health’s Urgent Care, the Wilson Health Clinic at Sidney City Schools is now another option for the community—especially students—to access quality health care when they need it.
