The Sidney High School Alumni Band is BACK!
We’re excited to announce the reboot of the Sidney High School Alumni Band!
Starting with the 2025-2026 school year, we invite all SHS Band Alumni to join us annually at the Homecoming game to perform at halftime.
Sidney City Schools is excited to announce the return of the Sidney High School Alumni Band. Beginning this fall (2025), all SHS Band Alumni are invited to participate in a new annual tradition, joining the Sidney High School Band to perform during halftime at the Homecoming football game. This year marks the inaugural event for the Alumni Band’s return.
At halftime, the SHS Band will take the field as usual, and alumni will join after the Fight Song for a couple of selections. Together, the combined bands will close with Sidney High and exit the field side by side.
Let’s bring back the tradition, reconnect, and make this a highlight of Homecoming each year!

Meet near the Pump House (South end zone) right after kickoff (around 7:05–7:10 p.m.).

We’ll hold a short combined practice on the practice field just outside the stadium.

Alumni can print music from the links below and bring it along.

Dress is casual—jeans, tennis shoes, and Sidney gear if you have it!
