Operations

The Operations Department oversees the continuous improvement of the school district’s support services for staff and students to meet mandated guidelines within the district. Additionally, it provides leadership in the development of policy recommendations and innovative plans to improve school programs and services. The Operations Department also oversees the Human Resources Department.
