Welcome

Welcome to Northwood Elementary! It is our mission, in cooperation with parents and community, to encourage, stimulate and develop student learning.

On behalf of the entire staff at Northwoood Elementary and the Sidney City School District, I would like to welcome you and your children to another exciting and enriching year. Our building is the home to over 500 students in grades kindergarten through fifth grade.

Northwood's excellent teaching staff and support staff want to ensure that every child is safe and has every opportunity to be successful academically. Our goal is to support and encourage each child in achieving his/her optimum potential academically and instilling values of hard work, self worth, curiosity of knowledge, and a love of learning.
